Grievance Redressal

Effective date: 14 August 2026

Digital PavtiBook is committed to addressing any concern you have about our Service — whether about your data, a payment, or how the Service was used by an Organisation or Collector. In line with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to receive and resolve complaints.

1. Grievance Officer

  • Name: Kunal P Kadam
  • Designation: Grievance Officer & Service Operator
  • Email: digitalpavtibook@gmail.com
  • Phone: +91 8793612344
  • Postal address: B/8 Sanket CHS, Patil Pada, Badlapur, Thane, Maharashtra 421503, India

2. What you can raise a grievance about

  • Concerns about how your personal data is collected, used, or stored.
  • A payment or billing issue, including refund requests.
  • Suspected misuse of the Service by an Organisation, Collector, or any other user.
  • Any other complaint about the Service that our regular support channel hasn’t resolved.

3. How to raise a grievance

Write to us at digitalpavtibook@gmail.com with a clear description of the issue, your organisation/collector code if applicable, and any supporting details (screenshots, receipt numbers, transaction IDs). You can also call +91 8793612344.

4. Response timeline

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days of receipt, as required under applicable IT Rules. Complex issues (for example, ones needing input from our payment gateway partner) may take longer, in which case we will let you know the expected timeline.

5. If you’re not satisfied

If your grievance isn’t resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the appropriate consumer forum or authority under Indian law, or pursue the matter through the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, as set out in our Terms of Use.
